We are pleased that you are interested in us and are applying or have applied for a position in our company. We would like to provide you below with information on the processing of your personal data in connection with the application.
1. Person responsible for processing

2. Purpose and categories of processing
We process the data that you have sent us in connection with your application in order to carry out the application process. If we have received data from you, we will generally only process it for the purposes for which we received or collected it. We use personnel management software from the company Personio GmbH, Buttermelcherstraße 16 in 80469 Munich. The data processed there are personnel master data (esp. name, address, date of birth, telephone number), contract master data (esp. information on religious affiliation, information on marital status as well as information on children, information on professional qualifications and school education, information on further professional training, other documents, employment contracts and certificates concluded or issued between the client and its employees), billing and performance data (esp. bank details, absences, vacation plans, sick leave, working hours, employee evaluations) as well as contract billing and payment data.
3. Legal basis of processing
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this application procedure is primarily Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). According to this, the processing of data required in connection with the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship is permissible. Should the data be required for legal prosecution after completion of the application procedure, if applicable, data processing may be carried out for the protection of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f) DSGVO. If we process data on the basis of safeguarding legitimate interests, you as the data subject have the right to object to the processing of personal data, taking into account the requirements of Art. 21 DSGVO. Please note that, if applicable, the individual purposes described cannot be achieved if you object to the processing and we are therefore unable to collect this data.
4. Data recipient
After receipt of your application, your applicant data will be viewed by the HR department and forwarded to the department responsible for the respective open position by using a work flow via our external service provider Personio GmbH. In principle, only those persons in the company have access to your data who require this for the proper course of our application process.
5. Storage periods
Data of applicants will be deleted after 6 months in case of rejection. In the event that you have agreed to further storage of your personal data, we will transfer your data to our applicant pool. There, the data will be deleted after two years. If you have been awarded a position during the application process, the data from the applicant data system will be transferred to our HR information system.
6. Place of processing
Your personal data will be evaluated, processed and used by our external service provider, Personio GmbH, Buttermelcherstraße 16 in 80469 Munich.
7. Right to information, correction, correction and deletion of data
You have the right to information, correction or deletion of your personal data. In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require evidence from you that proves that you are the person you claim to be.
